Desktop companion for Windows

Your scrims upload themselves.
You still approve every one.

Overseer watches the Overwatch Workshop folder, groups each night's logs into scrims, and waits for your go-ahead. No dragging files, no forgotten maps.

How it works

From Workshop folder to scrim page in one click

  1. 01

    Watches the Workshop folder

Overseer runs in the tray and picks up new Workshop Logs the moment Overwatch closes. It never interrupts a match.

  2. 02

    Parses locally

Every log is read on your machine. Logs from restarted maps are dropped, and nothing leaves your PC until you say so.

  3. 03

    Groups into Scrim Blocks

Same-day logs with the same roster become one proposed scrim. Guessed wrong? Drag a map to another block.

  4. 04

    You confirm, it uploads

Pick the team, approve the block, done. Maps already on Sightline are recognized and skipped.

What it never does

Built to stay out of the way

Never uploads without you
Every block waits for your approval. There is no silent mode.

Frequently asked questions

Still stuck? Reach out to our support team.

Windows says the installer is unrecognized. Is that expected?
Yes, for now. Overseer is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen warns on first run. Check the SHA-256 above against your download, then choose More info, then Run anyway.
Where does Overseer look for logs?
The Overwatch Workshop folder in your Documents. You can point it at a different folder in Settings.
What if I already uploaded a map from the website?
Overseer recognizes maps by their content, not their filename. Anything already on Sightline is marked as uploaded and skipped.
How do I uninstall it?
Remove it from Windows Settings, Apps, like any other program. Sign out first if you want the stored token cleared.
Is there a preview build?
Nightly builds are cut from the latest development code. They are for testers and can break; the docs explain how to get one.

Ready to stop dragging files?

Install Overseer once. Every scrim after that is a notification and a click.

    Never steals focus
Overseer waits for Overwatch to close, then sends a notification. It never opens a window over your game.
    Only reads Workshop Logs
It watches one folder for one kind of file. Nothing else on your machine is read.
    Signs in as you
You sign in with your Sightline account in the browser. The sign-in token is stored in Windows Credential Manager, not in a file.
